Spring Certainly Smells (and Looks) Sweet

This time of year is absolute heaven. Not too hot, the humidity isn't too heavy, and the sunsets are stunning. Angel Trumpets, Variegated Ginger, Jasmine, Dogwood, Gardenia, and Magnolias are in bloom, once the sun sets, the scents are the strongest - giving us more of an excuse to go for an evening stroll.

Beautiful sunset! We had the same kinda day. It will be here for a few then the rain rolls back in. Oh well, thankful we had a few days like this!

I love the smells of spring. In my area it begins with orange blossoms.

I look forward to visiting.

This time of year is simply the best. The longer days, especially evenings.. the warmth and of course, the smells.. take care!

Happy Monday :)

Hi Amy

Yep, we've been spending evenings at Red Bug Slough with our Pup Rudy.

Hey Amy you think the weather is great here. I do too! but Kate has it even better. It is about 10 degrees cooler in SC & NC. during the day the nights are even cooler.
Nothing like being outside with the sun shining and smelling the flowers with a cool breeze blowing.

Magnolia's in bloom remind me of living in the south. Makes me want to sit on a pillared porch with some sweet tea.
